  Went to visit the Geek Squad and wasn't very impressed in the service. The Geek Squad associate barely looked at my laptop, as I watched and had this feeling he didn't know what he was doing, and then he said "Well my best advice is to call the company that made the laptop and see what they can do." Which I understand I can send my laptop in for servicing and most likely wait a while to get it back, but the reason I came into Geek Squad was because I figured they'd know what's wrong, and be able to fix it within a couple days.
