  We were sold a warranty from Jerome's Furniture store DO NOT purchase a warranty with or for this company. The zipper to our couch has ripped away from the material. Put a Claim in & they're saying it's not their responsibility to fix it!!!! 100s of dollars spent to for nothing!!!

  I don't want to waste your time explaining how bad my experience was with these people!!all I can say is that I really suffered a lot with them! I was taking really long process to create an order and at the end they send a technician who always says that the furniture is not eligible for cleaning!!seriously?!! They don't respond to phone calls they don't respond to emails and I was sending many letters to Michigan by mail,asking them to give me my money back!! many times I said okay you don't want to clean my furniture just give me my money back!!! why are you taking this money if you're not giving any service, they don't service your furniture they don't give you the money back and I don't really know what they want?!! and I don't know why they opened this business? !! All they succeeded in, is to make me believe how stupid I am to believe that they are honest people!!! and to buy the protection plan from Ashley the ones who led me to this scam!! But now I understand why everybody give them one star rating and called them SCAMMERS!!
