  Bought a Bulova Precisionist Watch about 1k by December they told me to come back and they would adjust it I go in and I tell them if they could adjust it they told me they can’t help me without my receipt Marcy was the one that told me this I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager then Karen comes they talk for a few mins and then she comes and tell mes they can’t help me without a receipt so waisted 1hour and didn’t even get helped
