  Said I still have a year manufacture warranty when they checked before a ring up of laptop (-lied?- I also bought extended warranty) but found out 4 months later by manufacture that Office Depot started warranty (in 2015) before someone actually purchased the laptop (I purchased this year in January). Now I don't have manufacture warranty and have to wait another 6-7 months before I can fix my laptop with extended warranty. Laptop had minor defect with purchase but wasn't enough for exchange, now it's worse after 3rd month and they only have 14 day exchange. When calling manufacture they said to talk to Office Depot, but they have an automated person and had to talk to extended warranty (Hopefully they can solve this). People in the store are always rude and when buying laptop they were pushy with extended warranty (I can see why now). Only good thing is the price.

  Rude blonde girl with messed up squirrel teeth didn't let me go to the restroom just because I walked in asked where it was and assumed I wasn't going to buy anything because the bathrooms are apparently only for costomers. Won't come back again.
