  Tired of t-mobile drama! Showed up at AT&T at tierra del rey and Alina Hoftstedt hooked me up and made my day! This girl was awesome,friendly,patient and very informative,she broke it all down and did not rush me,I'm now back with at&t,you guys better hang on to Alina,she's awesome!

  I don’t think it's good customers service to kick out customers who had the intention of buying something after waiting half n hour. I got there at approx 5:30 had us waiting 30min then tell us we have to leave because they are closing. I’ve been working in customer service for 5 years now and I’m sure a company doesn’t want their employees kicking customers out. From experience If a customers walks in before closing time you assist them. Sebastian I gotta say man you gotta work on that. I’m sure if you had a company you wouldn’t want your employees doing that.
