  Im here to make a payment to my account, would be nice they had a kiosk to make a payment like the other competitor's. I use to work in a mobility retail and the customer services here, needs improvement. I'm not blaming the staff, it's management. I see 3 staff and so far 9 people waiting to be next, not including the 3 that are being help. But the 3 being help, are only talking about their personal life, such us "I live in an apartment and my garage is in the lower floor" another person saying "I had a tooth remove and cost me lots of money " nothing about up-sale or cellular. Plus no greeting to all the customers that come in to the store. Oh , yeah, they do say "please sign in" and guess what it's a piece of paper, mmm. Paying for my service and you will think T-Mobile has the funds to hire more staff, training and material to make the other competitor's less important.
