  Setup an appointment online for 11am today. Came to the store and didn't know they opened at 11 so sat in my car and waited 5 mins. Walked to the store at 11 on the dot and still closed even though the lady was there getting cash register prepared. Waited until 11:02AM and doors still locked. Walked back to my car and as I was backing out the lady finally open the door. Thanks but no thanks, my time is important to me and I expect you to be open at 11 and not at 11:04am, especially when I setup an appointment online.

  Went in for a new phone and they helped us switch from prepaid to a regular account. The guy that helped us stayed past the time he was supposed to be off. Had to be pushed out by his manager who then took over. Nice people
