  These folks know their stuff. Even when doctors have written the wrong dose, missed information, or given the wrong medication in the first place, staff are meticulous and patient, and explain (and help resolve) insurance and prescription issues. So.. why not five stars? Their drop off counter is not accessible, nor is it conducive to a person with a disability trying to convey important information through a window that is too high, with a lot of equipment in front of their faces. This is a technical and structural issue with Walmart itself, and not something they seem to have control over, but it greatly affects communication and service.
